How to Fix Speedometer Reading Issues
Has your outboard speedometer quick working? Maybe the reading doesn't seem quite correct. You lot may have an obstruction causing the musical instrument to not function properly.
Your outboard has a water pressure speedometer located on the lower unit of measurement of your motor. From time to time, this feature volition go clogged with debris, weeds and gravel. This problem is piece of cake to fix with ane elementary tool ... a drill flake.
Stride 1
Locate the tiny hole on the leading edge of your lower unit. This is where water is forced in and runs to the back of the speedometer, giving you lot your reading.
Step 2
Notice a drill bit that fits appropriately into the hole.
Step 3
Using the fluted end of the drill chip, slowly slide the bit back and along to remove whatever debris.
